SHUTTLES BUSES

Free shuttle bus service for visiting Finestre Aperte production sites and the products of excellence of the Parma Ham production areas. The shuttle buses leave from and return to Viale Toschi (Parma – Pilotta area).

VISITING TIMES

10 a.m.- 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. – unless specified otherwise.

Departure from Parma at 9:15am for Sala Baganza
Tour of the Wine Cellar of the Food Museums – Wine Museum at Rocca Sanvitale di Sala Baganza, Piazza Gramsci 1.
At 11am transfer to the Fontana ham production site, via S. Vitale 12, for a guided tour with free tasting and the possibility of lunch to follow with live music* (you can book lunch directly at info@ermesfontana.it, tel. 0521-335811 or 335-1753874, without using the shuttle bus service)

Return shuttle at 2pm

SHUTTLE BUS 2

Departure from Parma at 4pm for Sala Baganza
Tour of the Wine Cellar of the Food Museums – Wine Museum at Rocca Sanvitale di Sala Baganza, Piazza Gramsci 1.
At 6pm transfer to the Fontana ham production site, via S. Vitale 12, for a guided tour with free tasting and the possibility of lunch to follow with live music* (you can book lunch directly at info@ermesfontana.it, tel. 0521-335811 or 335-1753874, without using the shuttle bus service)

Return shuttle at 8:30pm

On September 10 and 11, after visiting the factory there is the opportunity of having lunch or dinner, with live music, at the Fontana ham production site of Sala Baganza, via S. Vitale 12, with the following menu:

Piatto Reale consisting of Parma Ham matured for 24 months, Parmigiano Reggiano with balsamic vinegar, honey, walnuts and fresh fruit, Neapolitan pizza prepared on site by Pizzeria Maria Luigia and local homemade cakes”

SHUTTLE BUS 1

Departure from Parma at 9am for Tortiano di Montechiarugolo.
Tour of the Ziveri ham production site (via Solari 64, Località Tortiano, tel. 0521 686473)
at 10am the event “Mont’Art – Art in the village, a whole day dedicated to Art,” where you can also have lunch: at 11am people who wish to do so can join a guided tour of the Montechiarugolo Castle (admission 4 euros).
