The Open Doors (Finestre Aperte) initiative, the key event of the show which every year attracts a large audience of enthusiasts, returns for the 27th edition of the Parma Ham Festival. The producers open the doors of their ham factories to visitors, who discover the secrets of the production cycle as they breathe in the scents of these Parma Ham “cathedrals”.
Daily guided tours organized by participating companies for groups of up to 15 people, at the following times:
Morning 10.00 – 11.00 – 12.00; Afternoon 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm
